please add some options for the mouse beacuse my gamepad is broken for some reason and my mouse moving speed is very low

Go to options. There you can adjust the mouse speed. By default it is 3 (I don't know why), set at least 50 and you'll be fine.

As for the gamepad, go into settings after loading the map, click "Apply and Close" (you don't have to actually make any settings changes), and then resume playing. The right stick will come back to life for moving the camera. It's a known long-standing bug, and unfortunately you'll have to do this every time you launch the game.
