i can see a rocket far under ground and i have tried desperately to get to it . Why is it there and how do you get to it. it is near the under ground mushrooms .if you don't know where it is i can give more detail

Go down to the underground mushrooms and look carefully all around the cave. Look at both the edges and right in the middle. You do not need to swim or use the backpack.
