It appears, at least for me, that using a teleporter stops the spawning of all larvae.. So if you are collecting larvae or are looking for specific larvae, don't teleport to different areas to find them...

Or, if you do teleport there, you then need to save, quit, reload for them to start spawning again... I really hope they fix this...

I've experienced quite the opposite. Once the area is filled with undesired larvae, I teleport out and immediately return. The larvae have all despawned and new ones will appear when I return, making farming for rare ones much quicker. I'm not sure why you are experiencing this, but it seems to be a bug.

Every time I've used the teleporter to my foundation pad in the sky in lost paradise I still have them spawning for while. I pick them all up, put them in their respective chests and keep going till they stop spawning, usually 10-15 mins, then have to save, exit, and reload for them to start spawning again, but I've had no issues just from using the teleporter. There is a known bug that they stop spawning after a time.

Well that's great for you two.. However that is not the case for me.. If I teleport to a location none spawn. I need to save, quit, reload to get them spawning again.. It's quite annoying..

No larvae in my game either, they just stopped spawning. I'm at the fish farm stage, have 7 insert rockets, but no longer have larvae on the ground. One bug that needs addressing.

Sorry to hear.. so it's not just me after all..

I have to disagree with this assessment on my game-play. I have two bins full of uncommon, common and rare larva. and many more scattered all over the starting area lake since my base is there. I find larva to be more annoying than meteors. Wish you could turn down the amount of stuff

Can't confirm that. I've read a few times in the forum already so apparently some people have that issue related to the transporter, but I don't. In fact, I have so many of them spawning I'm glad we don't get a squelching sound when we step on them, or else it would be quite unpleasant for me...

While it doesn't happen immediately after using a teleporter, I have noticed that after playing for a longish while (and teleporting a number of times) the larva stop spawning completely. Exiting to menu and reloading will usually sort it out again.

Have 68 Teleport's have not trouble finding butterfly high end one are near the Golden Butterfly Temple!

It's not the teleporters.

The game is limited to a maximum larvae spawn (16) at a time. If you pick them up, the game does not correctly account for that and won't spawn replacements.

Reloading a save fixes it temporarily.

The fix should be in the next release (no ETA yet).

Good to Know I exit offend to do other things, so it reset the counter! I had stop picking up lava do to filling all the storage cabinet's. I do keep have to build more storage cabinet's and rockets for bee's to keeps my Super Food Autocrafter's working. The rate of bee's in the hive's is to high!!!!!!
