Hello, I just bought the game and when I enter a chapter (year) I start having massive frame drops and the game lags so much I can't do anything smoothly. It's quite unplayable because the delay doesn't let me know where the cursor "actually" is.
Help please, my computer is way above the minimum requirements I even have dx12 I don't know what's wrong... If there's no fix I think I'm refunding because I can't play like this, it's not enjoyable at all

I refunded it, it's just absolutely ridiculous. This game literally consists in moving pixels and still isn't able to run smoothly? And for the price they're asking it would be expected a clean game development but seems like they only focused themselves in creating useless stickers and changing colors of little pins that no one cares about. Absurd.

The closest thing I have under system devices is Synaptics SMBus Driver, and I appreciate you trying to help, but if my pc is wayyy above recommended requirements and the game is so trashily made that won't even run properly in those conditions, I'm not going around disabling random settings on my computer to try and fix their incompetence.

I'm having performance problems too. I have a gtx 1060 6gb and the game only uses 5%. I'm playing on Gamepass.

Well, I found out it was a problem having Citrix installed on my computer. Some people fix it disabling the Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in Device Manager (under System Devices).
