For $20 I want to know how long this game really is? How many books does this game have also? TY

Just bought it today, I finished the game within 4 hours. There are only a few levels. 1997, 2004, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2018.
Despite it being pricey, in my own opinion I believe it was money well spent. The game went by kind of quick, but the story line and details were cute.

It is a good game albeit quite short, 4-5hrs. There are some extra bits in the game and I didn't get all of them so there is some replay value at least.

Will the devs make different storys or add more years or the game its just that and thats it?

I just finished it in 2.7 hours and it's not interesting enough to go back and achievement hunt. It's a really cute game but yeah, less than 3 hours of gameplay.

It took me 2.6 hrs and I wasn't rushing at all. It was really disappointing!

omg thank god other people think that it was too short for the price it was. I really hope that the developers make more story lines or something else to do. But I reckon this was a really cute game :)

The price seems excessive. When I put it on my wishlist I excpected the game to cost 5€ at release. At max. Quite suprised that it is this expensive o_o I will wait for a sale.

Surely the price is high even just to get on hand in some ''trial'' interior design home app. And yes, the art presentation look friendly but does not justify the meaning to cost way too much. There are plenty of other pixel games on Steam highly worked and costing less.

I would suggest doing a quick research on the web for free design programs very much on the same aspect like Autodesk Homestyler which I approve to your elderly folks. My parents loved since they can't use Autocad.

But this I'm sorry the price for the release is not suitable even if you are just going to play to get distracted or make plans for future interior changes.

Paid $1 for game pass. Played this game after seeing it get good reviews despite it being $20 and looking absolutely underwhelming. I'm generally open minded to games, but gotta spend my money more wisely with everything increasing in cost these days.

I'm still underwhelmed. Like this is it? You just unpack stuff. It gets tedious because you unpack the same stuff over and over.

I get it. Awww. You get to experience some girl's life through her unpacking. Big whoop. Buy a $10 book and get better character development and an actual plot. This is $1 mobile game levels of gameplay. Indie devs are really feeling themselves these days with these prices.

This is nothing like a free CAD program.. However generally I would agree that the content is low for the price. Overall I liked it and felt it was nice casual game.

I agree the price is a little much for the amount of gameplay, especially since it isn't apparent there is much replayability (not 100% certain, but I watched playthrough of the 1st two levels before I bought it & I think I got a few different items than they did?). I'm still satisfied with my experience for the cost. $12-$15 USD I think is more fair considering the quality and charm of the game. I hope they add at least 1 or 2 free DLCs with more stories and eras, then maybe do more for a couple $. I'd love to play through a story of someone growing up through the 70s & 80s to modern day.

I'll be honest, this is probably the most expensive Indie game I've seen in my local currency. What do you guys think? Worth it or totally not worth it?

Who in their right mind would want to do the unpacking not only voluntarily, but also for that kind of money...

Who in their right mind would want to do a lot of the activities we choose to do in games? ;) Games are able to take activities we wouldn’t want to do in real life, take out all the bad parts and make them fun.
