probably but it's usually your GPU that they crash

or, your cpu is at the limit, would help if you stated your pc stats. after all theres a pretty big difference between a celeron and an i9....

that never happen to me before but last 3 days start happening
and i use ryzen 7 CPU

Could you be more specific? Ryzen 7 only refers to the number of cores in a given ryzen CPU (for instnace, ryzen 5 has 6 cores, ryzen 7 has 8, ryzen 9 has 12)
The difference in between each generation is pretty significant, is it a ryzen 1700, 2700, 3700 or 5700?

Also it's very strange that all cores should be maxed with vrchat, are you running any other software?
