Well it depends... there's not a lot of people behind the scenes at VRChat... could be hours, could be days.

I was asking how long does it be able to take for a user to be able to report. Is there a certain rank required? I tried reporting and it didn’t let me.

That's weird... it shouldn't take any rank that I know of.

Then again, I've never tried to report anything.... but one would guess anyone playing might have that need to do so.

I didn't have the option to report until I gained User status.
