I'm getting less RP then I used to on my G.91 jet even though I get multiple kills and ground kills in air RB.
Like it isn't slow enough did they actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ made it slower ?

Yep, these people who make the changes are relentlessly stupid. They've taken a game which was 7/10 and made it 4/10. I suspect they won't fix this and it will just keep getting worse.

Every economy update has just made things worse, game has turned to trash.

They also reduced the base RP gain so everyone gets less RP for everything.
