It wouldn't be the first time Germany gets the same vehicle but with a BR handhold. Not long ago the italian Pz 4 G was sitting at 4.0, while the German Pz 4 G was put at 3.3.
Also, I remember some of the italian panzers don't have the option of mounting the wider tracks.

and the italian pz3 n is the same as the german pz3 n in rb and ab.
