Because while it can be a bit of a pain when it's a full uptier, it makes up for it being in a full downtier.

i like B.R system . Make you think about your first spawn . Uptiered ? I will go light tank and scouting.
Full down tier ? HEAVY LETS GO !

No B.R would suck rylly bad :) You will have some B.R spots where full teams in Turtles or Mauses or any heavy tanks . Similar how top tier have teams full of Premium tank .
