I have been playing this game for around 200 hours and I always play realistic battles. Most of the time I play the USSR (beginning of tier 3, BR 3.7) and other countries (tier 1, BR 2.7). I know basic things about the game like angling, only showing turret, weak spots, and weaknesses. However, I still get killed a lot in a game and barely have any kills.
This is what I get struggle at:

• I try to stay with the boys and mostly get killed first.
  
• I try to be patient and camp but still get bombs or killed by tank destroyers with bushes around them.
  
• I try to use the speed and get a good position then get killed by lv 100 players.
  
• When I try tank destroyers, I always get one hit all the time or get my gun destroyed.
  
• When I try to shoot at guns, it still works completely fine and I get payback.
  
• When I shot first, 80% of my shot is hit and critical hit but still got one hit from that tank or other tanks.
  
• I always get killed a lot by German tanks even when getting critical hits from shooting at the front of Pz tanks for example.
  
• I especially get struggle with playing US and British tanks. Angling the tanks doesn't work, only shows the turret but it still gets the crew knockout, bad at sniping.
  
• My bullet usually can't penetrate German and US tanks like M4A3, M4A1, PzIII, or Dicker Max.
  
• Can't kill planes with SPAA and get bombed or spawn kill by tanks.

There are more but I think my cover may suffer from the game.

OP seems like you are figuring it out. Learn the maps, learn your vehicle (take it to the test range to figure out aiming at distances) And fight battles. You need to get good crews and the modifications for the vehicle. don't be in a hurry and do what is fun. Remember to use your arty in vehicles that have it. Smoke is concealment not cover use it to move across danger areas. Learn where to shoot the things that have been killing you

and tank killing artillery bad enough to have bombers now artillery kils tanks so 4,7 play with artillery will kill 3,0 3,3 3,7 Br rate but not a 88 -or a marder ???

try it your self guys play low tier or mid tier 3,7 4,0

The biggest hurdle is learning the maps, learning where players usually go on the maps, and *when* players will be going there. Timing is pretty critical.

Other then that, its just learning how the game mechanics work, and the quirks of your particular vehicle.

That’s just confirmation bias. You think there’s a connection so you see it and think it’s true, ignoring the dozens of examples that disprove it because you’re not looking for those.

I pretty much exclusively play 3.7-4.0 and get a reasonable spread of uptiers and downtiers as well as artillery kills. BR isn’t how artillery kills, playing predictably is.

out of sheer curiosity pc v xbox ps 4/5 is this game faster then pc and do they have auto aim ie game pad v a mouse ?

chaos - ive not managed to take out a 4,7 with a 3,7 as yet only critical damage so far 4,0 i can take out a m18 but not the up gunned Sherman 4,7 tanks ive fired every thing at it but didst kill it prob a knack to hit them ♥♥♥♥ t34 side turret if ya lucky

Most people just rush in and hope for the best, following them into a mess like that has a predictable outcome, plus with a bunch of tanks around it's difficult to know what is going on as you can't track engine sounds etc.

You're always going to die somehow, just try to go routes where you are not exposing yourself to a lot of open land and instead take a longer route behind cover.

Sadly the meta of the game because it gives a higher chance of success as everything is inconsistent and RNG.

Depends on what you're shooting with and what you're shooting at, German barrels get easily knocked, American ones don't. Larger barrels can take more damage.

Try to make sure that 80% includes the gunner or breech so it won't fire back.

Panzers have good guns.

Angling isn't nearly as effective as people pretend it is, and only works for certain tanks, quite often angling a tank can make it worse as the diagonal penetration is more likely to hit ammo.

Not much you can do about that aside from shooting places with less protection, trying to be less predictable so you don't always face their front.

SPAA is difficult to use and no way to learn easily in the game, requires a lot of practice and even then you're at a disadvantage.

I started with one nation, building a line up with plane and tanks. Planes always on the same spot in the line up because of the crew level. For tanks it helps with things like the reload speed, taking over duties of a dead crew member. Once the level of crew increases you can buy for (SL) a silver wich gives you an additional +3. With the USSR just go for the T34 and KV1's. Just hang out on 4.0 max 4.3 on the USSR sweetspot. When you scout enemies its less spawnpoints for a plane (still is?). Take a single engine fighter who can carry a bomb any thing 100lb or more is oke and or a 37mm cannon. Just fly around, eyes on the ground. See how its played from above. USSR tanks are noisy as f..., so stop and listen. Many players keep hitting aswd for no reason, revving the engine.

Just watch a couple server replays from your killer perspective. And the (fast) boys drive brawler tanks fast (reload) as low tier fun tier (Fully spaded tank and crew) sometimes in a 4 man squadron.

If you like the game, just join a squadron and team up. Its so much more fun.

Bear in mind that vehicles like the Dicker Max are incredibly vulnerable to HE. Even a 50mm HE is enough in most cases. Just hit them and they're done for, no need to worry about penetration or anything. If they're not enclosed fully, they're easy prey.

The trick to Ground RB is learning the map well enough that you know where and when you'll see a tank before they're actually there. You want shoot them before they know you're there, in the side armor where the kill will be quick. Don't stay there either. Move. Don't let the enemy zero in on you. Kill one or two then retreat and attack from a different angle.

If the enemy is looking at you or able to shoot back at you or even knows where you are after your first shot, you're already doing something wrong. You don't win battles in the brawl. You win them by flanking that brawl and winning the fight by stopping the enemy reinforcements from reaching the fight. One player can win an entire objective simply by getting around the enemy and killing them all while they fight your allies. That can be all it takes to win the match.

I'd recommend always going the same path on every map. Learn that path. Really learn it. where you need to be, where the enemy will be, what to expect each round. Where the enemy will find you from and where you can hide from them in the same manner. You'll get better by fighting in familiar territory. Then move about the map as the game progresses. Learn the rest of the map that way.

Every time you die, ask yourself what you did "wrong" or how you could have done things different to have survived. Angled better? Popped a smoke at a distant enemy and evaded them rather than engage? Backed off to avoid being overwhelmed by too many tanks?

No matter how good the player, there is always something you could have done better. Consider that each time and try to use the things you learn to do better next time.

yeah more or less same problems. For the american and british tanks (I assume you're talking about shermans), I can tell you that they suck at taking hits and you will most likely always be one shot. I played them a lot and my suggestion is hide like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and never engage in a 1v1 unless you only have your turret exposed. they can't even stand one hit to the hull. anyway, you listed more or less problems that are not solvable by anything but more experience, play more and you will shoot them first more often that they do.

Russian tanks don't really ever have much armor... bouncing rounds is generally the exception not the rule, so it is best to learn to not rely on it.

Some things to keep in mind:
- You will face a lot of high level players at low BRs. Unfortunately the higher you move up the BR tree the more broken the game becomes. The reasoning for most players is that low tier = fun tier, so the initial learning curve will be steep as you will be pitted against people that have been playing this game much longer than you.
- Pick your ammunition. Soviet rounds lack the penetration that other nations have, however they usually have more explosive filler, so once the round penetrates you are bound to do some damage. Were possible, prefer Ballistic capped rounds, as they tend to perform better.
- Staying with the boys usually attracts more bombs, so do that with caution.
- Move from cover to cover. Always try to put some hard obstacle between you and wherever the gun isn't facing.
- Where possible, move through crevices. This will keep you out of sight, which is usually the best defence possible.
- If you can't kill it, don't shoot it. If you really, really have to, take out the barrel first. There is bound to be someone in your team that can make the kill shot. The more time you spend shooting at someone, the more attention you'll attract.
- Don't take full ammunition load. Ammunition can be detonated, so the less you have, the less likely you are to be turned into a moving bomb.

T34 are nnot bad best one t34-57 i think but depends what u face 5.0 n up nope

While there are crew skills that help, gun jams are literally from overheating the guns. You shouldn't be holding the fire button ever really. Burst fire. Even with .50 cals I can fire as few as 20 rounds and secure my kills.
