So Friday I got the summer offer and I love it "Gems / Chest" but there was a problem with this.

So I started on buying the Giant Chest "Summer Offer" and didn't received the giant chest (I kill the app and reopen it) and here was the problem (I had just bought the chest) and it didn't appear instead it showed again to buy the giant chest (so I bought again) - instead of 1200 gems I got 2400 + 419 (that I had) = 2819 gems in total.

I thought that was a mistake, so I proceed on buying the Super Magical Chest Offer, and here is the problem;

Never received the SMC but the payment was made with success., after this my status on the game is Please wait! Pending transactions.

So I had send to the support team the issue that I'm having and they send me a pro-form answer (it means that didn't answer and resolved my issue).

I called my bank and they said probably is from apple since my Visa is ok.

I called Apple and talk with the Support Team from my country and they transfer my call to the Engineer Department in Cork (Tier2), and they told me that I was not the only one complaining about this issue and they (apple already spoke to Supercell about it) and didn't received any information regarding this.

When I was speaking to the Engineer from apple support tier2 I told them that I was also an iOS developer and it seems to me that the problem is Supercell and not Apple or my bank.

Is this a BUG from your system or not? (it seems to me that is)
