The dragon does a % damage with fire breath so it doesnt matter if you have 1 million health or 10k health

The update size is entirely dependent on how many assets are updated.Map fixes are big. Read the patchnotes.

You can run a dedicated server on the same PC as you play on. I've done it on a very weak computer without issue. You can altTab and pause the server anytime.
