idk what tf the issue is but i just uninstalled the game (with difficulty as it crashed steam when i tried) and it freed up 160gb on my hdd, mainly from the temp and downloading folders in steam folde..

Mine says 20 GB also it used 150 GB in my C: drive while my steamlibrary is in E: brikcing my SSD and using all space.... Is there any way to play the game without updating cause at this point i delet..

Check if you have enough free space on your drives (sometimes C and D need enough space for the update), or you PC will be stuck in an endless update loop because of missing disc space.

One of your mods is causing it fyi. The ONLY vanilla dinos that cause damage to metal are Titans and Dodorexs, even alphas don't damage metal naturally.

Have you tried switching download regions in Steam? It may be that the download region for your area is congested. I have had luck switching to NSW Australia a few times.
