If it is single player you can use the cheat command givetome when looking at the dinos or structures and it will give control back to you. However, I haven't tried this and am not sure if it works or..

No its not possible, you can only hide the Engram for all Player or remove the Mod. But you can tell her dont use the Mod Item and good is.

Patch notes can answer you about bug fixes. Perfomance you still need a mid tier PC to run it at medium settings with a mix of low like shadows. You ain't running Ark on a Potato! As for content there..

Had this issue after the last update on The Island. All of the other maps in my cluster were just fine.Only fix was to wipe the map. Player and faction data was fine.
