ClearMyBuffs didn't work. Even though my server was down all night it still counted for the timer. It must be something linked to my character file.

Just tame dinos, that are level 5 make sure that their taming efficiency becomes 0 so they don't get any additional levels, keep taming till you have dinos who have 0 upgrades in certain sats and bree..
