You would need to ask epic.As it stands non-dedicated steam/epic... is not a thing either.I wouldnt say its been a long lasting problem.... it been less then 2 weeks.

The problem you face is that non-dedicated relies on steam id's in order to 'join game'.... it may be that the roadblock is in fact Steam and not WC .
