Mine manages to stay in the 40s and its a AMD (Ryzen 7 3800x), not even sure what the heck is going on though I think you may be using a older CPU with a overpowering GPU. Try turning down the setting..

My CPU usage while playing Ark is pretty low, just the heat concerns me. Like I said though, it doesn't get that hot when playing other games though. Something about Ark is making it run hot.

70c is perfectly normal.. liquid cooling only lowers temps initially. once the liquid becomes heat soaked temps will stabilise. curious what cpu you have and what cooler you are using? ambient temps a..
