Atlas was copy and paste from Ark. Including all the bugs and issues Ark already ans still has.Atlas had a worse engram system and a much worse land claim system.

IMO, it depends on the mod. Big, game-changing ones, maybe play a bit without them. But if it's something smaller, like adding one or two new dinos or some items, go ahead and grab 'em at the start.
