The only thing you can realy do.... is wait as suggested.... or remove the mod.... load in and see if you get stuck or not..... if not.... then its a mod issue .... you may need to clean reinstall it...

Loading large mods mainly depends on your drive. An older or slower HDD can take several minutes to load. An SSD will drastically reduce load times.

Have you done a dino wipe? I've never tried cross DLC spawns like this before but it looks ok.Have you tested with a single map swap? Like say replace all para's with tek para?

Those are tek versions 5% chance of spawn and can be 20% higher levels.Harvesting give you oil and stuff.

There's a slider in the settings to increase the amount of spawns. There are also mods like simple spawners to add creatures that don't normally spawn on certain maps.
