Respawning is a known issue in singleplayer.Just reconfigure the respawn timer all the way down.Then don't exit the game until you allow time for resources to respawn

Also steam works is limited in how many servers it can show.If you can't adjust your filters to show more servers with higher ping.Then just use battle metrics to locate the server details.From there ..

Another recommend for 2060 6gb. Pegged at 60 fps with graphics on epic and high on Island.1060 6gb managed to stay above 25 fps with same graphics settings.Both at 1080p btw.
