Thanks for all this info. I haven’t played in a few years and plan to use no mods. I’ll not use the single player setting and try to tune every setting.

Yeah^ more than 10k hours and I've rarely had any of the problems that seem to crop up regularly in the forum. Never randomly lost a dino or had a character or savegame go missing, corrupted files etc..

My games was working fine too. Then suddenly it startet to lagg and crash every now and then... My fix was Graphic driver update and I checked my game for missing files (Had a few) Its still somestime..

yea you ain't gonna be runnin the game on high settings anymore with a gtx 970.. also 8gb of ram is kinda low as well.. the higher the settings the more ram and vram is required.. i would venture to s..

you can also rarely get leech blood via fishing with the fishing rod (but I dont really bother with this as the time is so short that catching a large fish is next to impossible) or via a fishing net ..
