I ran some Eco mods, a thing that messes with turtles, and the ark additions stuff, so, no the issue is not to do with other mods. This mod was also loaded first.

Hmm.. The diplos should be showing up in the wild. They simply replace the vanilla ones so, no vanilla will spawn. Any diplos you see should be the TLC versions.

@Sam120: Just like with an adult, you need to put the appropriate food item in its inventory. Carnivores need meat, herbivores need some kind of berry or veggies.

Glad you like it! Part of the reason it doesn't work for other dinos is because you can't level speed on flyers (wild or tamed). So making dinos unable to level speed would result in no wasted points,..
