Ah, I haven't tested it with "No Sky Effects" runtime option, so far it works with all the other startup options. I'll look into fixing that

@HyxYong The eggs do spawn. Be patient. First the magmasaurs need to be there. And then the nests will spawn. And then the eggs will spawn in the nests.

Selling of structures is not currently implemented, that will be coming in one of the next few releases. Currently only Animals and Items can be sold.
