I was unable to replicate that. I used fast travel, suicide, relog, etc, still worked. The only thing I did find, of course it was singleplayer, was the destroy mesh is funky. The bag still worked tho..

Try with the slot count ini settings set to 5,10,15,20,25,30. That's what I set mine to. If it still works for you I'll try removing some mods later to see if one is causing the issue. I have no idea ..

Technically, they arent found anywhere. You can only get them via admin commands. You can edit vanilla ini files and add them as loot to alphas or bosses/loot crates. That would be my suggestion at le..
