Okay, sorry for bumping this topic but I have new info to add to it, so I figure it's better to continue it than make a whole new thread.

I've updated my drivers since my last post here, and tried a number of other things too, but my issues PERSIST, despite all of this. I initially thought it might have something to do with mods, specifically S+ and it's glassmetal building material, but after further testing that seems not to be the case.

What I can say is that it's map-specific to a degree, and has something to do with buildings, I think the metal, glass and tek tier. When playing on Ragnarok I have no issues with memory unless I go close to my base, which is built with heavy amounts of glass and metal. Whereas on Aberration and Extinction I seem to get issues all over the map, and on that map metal/tek structures are all around as ruins. Genesis seems to run fine for the most part, but does show hints of memory issues from time to time, possibly when I get close to some of the ruins on that map.

Another thing I can say - it's texture related. I can put all my settings to exactly what they were before, including things like epic post-processing etc, and the game runs perfectly fine so long as I have textures on LOW and 'High Quality Materials' turned OFF (both of these I had ON before). But the moment I put HQM on or turn textures to MED or above, my RAM usage skyrockets. There seems to be NO DESCERNABLE DIFFERENCE between med, high and epic textures - they all overload my RAM at pretty much the same rate.

This issue began right after one of the updates between Febuary 25th (Update 306.41, Genesis release) and March 4th (date I made the thread, last update before then was 306.83). I can't recall the specific date, but I know it only started happening after an update for Genesis. And I know an update caused it somehow, because on the day I first saw it, I played two sessions of Ark - the first before the update where I had no issues, then the second later in the day after the update, and it's then that I started seeing problems. As I recall, that update reset all my graphical configs too, so at first I thought it was just some graphics setting that I had set wrong somehow.

Is anyone else experiencing issues like this, at all?
