it does automatically create an Errorlog if it crashes, if there is none the Game didn't crash on his own. So if the Game closes without being able to write an Errorlog that would point towards a hardware problem. If it just hangs and does nothing, could be a ton of stuff.

That's where the Systeminformation Part would be helpful.
And an exact description what is going wrong if you start a singleplayer game.
