Which month is War Machine scheduled to be released?

I've done a lot of searching on this topic, but I haven't found any specific data.
Popular opinion amongst the players is August.

I am actually at the point where if War Machine isn't released soon, I'll have to stop playing until he is released.
The reason is because I saved all my best stuff in the game for him and now I no have no space to store anything else I want to keep.

And to forestall the two most predictable suggestions, here are my answers in advance:
1. Just go out and get more.
A. I cannot, the items I am saving are all the reward boxes I've obtained since the game started and since the reward granting said item in most cases cannot be repeated (veteran, anniversary), it is not possible to obtain replacements for these items.
2. Use the items on another character.
A. There is no other character who I am anticipating as eagerly as War Machine.
To use them on somebody who isn't sparking that level of interest is a waste of precious hard earned resources.
