I have Rocket Raccoon. Rocket's build utilizes both Big Flarkin' Gun and Photon Minigun. The mini-gun has a Rate of Fire (RoF) of 10 per second. He also has a plethora of "when you hit to summon x" This list is:Raptor Egg, A.R.M.O.R. Alternate Reality Chaos Portal, Cosmic Mr. Sinister Medallion, Insignia of Groot, Omega Sentinel's Energy Blaster, and Apprehendroid Array. As well as both Latverian Regalia(s).

**The question(s) are:

1. "when you hit", is that 1 check per second, or in the case of the Photon minigun is it 10 checks a second? Or something else?

2. Is there a limit (of sorts) as to how many on hit summoned creatures can be out?**

Reason I ask, is because I can get any combo of 4 out fairly easy...regardless of the % to make them proc. However in many instances I will have 4 of the lower % (up to 4) out and never get the one with higher % to come out.

This has me thinking (consistent) crappy rolls for %. Possibility of a cap on % summons. Possibly my minigun is not giving me 10 checks a second to proc with.

I had dug through the archives and thread-o-mancy'd a thread, by asking same question...but it turned out to be for Squirrel Girl, and I realized I should ask here-in.
