What is included in the Bonus Random Hero Box?

You have an equal chance at receiving any of our Heroes that are a part our roster, including Heroes that you already own. If you already own that Hero, you will receive a Hero Token to upgrade that Hero's Ultimate Power.

What is included in the Bonus Random Costume Box?

You have an equal chance at receiving any of our costumes available for purchase with the exception of Fortune Card Exclusives, Holiday Exclusives, Variant, and Chase Costumes which are NOT included in the Random Costume Box.

Do I have a chance of receiving a Hero/Costume I already own from the Bonus Random Hero/Costume Box?

Yes, there is still a chance of you receiving a Hero/Costume that you already own. If you already own the Hero you will receive a Hero Token which you can use to upgrade that Hero's Ultimate Power.

If I bought a Hero/Costume before the promotion started, will I receive a Bonus Random Hero/Cosume?

Yes, if you have purchased a Hero/Costume in the 7 days prior to when the promotion started, you will automatically receive a random Hero or random Costume box for each individual hero or costume purchased.

If I gifted a Hero/Costume before the promotion started, will that person receive a Bonus Random Hero/Cosume?

No, if you have gifted a Hero/Costume in the 7 days prior to when the promotion started, that person will not receive a random Hero or random Costume box for each individual hero or costume purchased.

If I gifted a Hero/Costume before the promotion started, will I receive a Bonus Random Hero/Cosume?

No, if you have gifted a Hero/Costume in the 7 days prior to when the promotion started, you will not receive a random Hero or random Costume box for each individual hero or costume purchased.

Is this promotion limited to a first time purchase?

No, you can purchase as many Costumes as you want and will receive a Bonus Random Costume Box for each Costume purchased.

Are Heroes purchased with Eternity Splinters a part of this promotion?

No, only Heroes purchased with Gs are included in this promotion.

If I save the Random Costume Box and open it after more Heroes are released, will I have a chance at receiving those?

No, the Random Hero boxes only contain the current roster of costumes.

Does this promotion include everything in the store?

No, this BOGO only includes Heroes or Costumes.
