Exactly HOW is mission/quest progress saved?
I do like playing this game, but I've just noticed a "two steps forward, one step back" "thing" when logging out.
For instance, working Taskmaster through chapter 3. I completed the Buccaneer Beach, Bamboo Forest and Hidden Cove missions. Clobbered the Hydra Blockade (last part of Hidden Cove) and made my way into Lowtown. Got the Muramasa Blade mission from Yukio, completed it and then logged out.
Come back two hours later and I have to do some Hidden Cove missons all over again, specifically Blood on the Sand and Explore the Hidden Cove.
The in-game mission log says these were not completed, but how do you get missions up the chain if you don't complete the link before the next mission in line?
What's up with that? At what point is progress saved?
Help!!!
*Correction: I also have to restart the Lowtown misson with Yukio.
