For most of my time playing before the BUE, I steered clear of the Axis Raid, as most of my heroes weren't anywhere near geared up enough to survive (not to mention I had very few omega points, back when that's what they were). Looking back at some guides from before the BUE, it seems like the consensus was that you had to have good gear (gear that, if it wasn't BiS, was at least a very powerful alternative, a maxed out level 80 legendary, level 69 uniques, all blessed artifacts; the standards), good survivability, and a TTK somewhere around 50 and 30 seconds or less on the standard raid dummy.

At this point I know I meet all those standards on a lot of heroes very easily, but I also know that the raids and hero power levels have changed significantly, so I wanted to know specifically what the consensus is as to what the bare minimum requirements are to play the axis raid (specifically how many infinity points you should have and what your ttk should be, although any recommendations are helpful)?
