Hello,
I recently returned to the game after being away since late 2015. To say Im lost would be a bit of an understatement. I've taken a week just getting a feel for the new mechanics and messing around with builds but I am a bit lost on end game content.
I have quite a few level 60's and 50's and my main has always been the Punisher.
When I stopped playing my Punisher was decently geared but as you can imagine, he isn't anymore. I don't want to burden a SG if I am unable to run raids and truly participate but I do have a few questions that I hope you all can help me with.

First, I plan to continue using Punisher as my main but I never even managed to collect 1000 relics for him. In your opinion what the best and fastest way to get him to 1000? Danger room tokens? This seems like the quickest way but he's a glass cannon so it makes it tough for me to survive on any scenarios past green or maybe blue. My damage rating is around 3,500 but his health is barely 26,000. I also have very crit/brutal strike intensive gear.

My second issue is infinity points. I only have about 300 and most have gone into improving his health/crit/brutal ratings. His low durability is still a major problem as its very low (its at 10 while his fighting is at about 30 and thats with no infinity points being put into it) so whats a recommendation to gather infinity points faster? Should I sink them all into durability and health for now?

I guess my last question would be is where to go to upgrade his gear rating? I know Hogan was originally the only way and crafters can do certain pieces. All his uniques are at least level 63 and I have 2 at lvl 69. Is there also a way to upgrade artifact gear ratings? is there also another way besides Hogan now to upgrade every piece to lvl 69? I haven't seen 1 crafter who can upgrade my slot 1 unique besides him, am I just missing it?
